A New Twist For car Washing

Car washes have long been one easy fund raising standard for all time. Car washes are always popular in the summer months for cheerleaders, youth groups and such. Maybe an easy fund raising idea would be to go home to home and wash cars instead of holding the car wash in the parking lot like every one else does.

Auction out Some Labor

You may be able to auction a youth group out for some home maintenance around the house. One easy fund raising idea is to hold a local auction where people bid so much per hour for the services of youth group to come and work. A bid of $50.00 might get 5 youth to come and work for an hour. With five youth they should be able to do allot of work for someone. You may need to provide some basic yard tools, but the rest would be simple labor.

If you are dealing with a group that is more adult you may be able to pull off a four star restaurant find raiser. The idea would be to have three or four people converge on a home and fix a very nice meal with steak or a nice chicken dish. The catch would be that this meal is a $50.00 per plate meal to benefit your charity. You could clean the dishes and kitchen and treat family to a very nice evening.
